Blackberry Jelly with Agar-Agar Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh blackberries
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon agar-agar powder
Directions:
- In a saucepan, combine blackberries, water, and sugar. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
