Blue Cheese and Ham Savory Cake Recipe at Monsieur Cuisine
Ingredients:
- 200g cooked ham, chopped into small pieces
- 150g blue cheese, crumbled
- 250g self-raising flour
- 150g unsalted butter, softened
- 4 eggs
- 100ml milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and ground black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan/gas mark 4. Grease and line a 20cm cake tin with baking paper.
