Ingredients:
- 8 slices of bread
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 1 large leek
- 1 teaspoon of thyme leaves
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 cup of grated brie cheese
- 1 teaspoon of dijon mustard

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
