Broccoli Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 small head of broccoli, chopped into small florets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
