Burrata Stuffed Mini Peppers Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 20 mini sweet peppers
  • 8 oz. fresh burrata cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil, divided
  • 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
