Ingredients:

  • 400g spaghetti
  • 200g pancetta, diced (or substitute with bacon)
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 egg yolks, room temperature
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
