Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. dried white beans
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 lb. smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 lb. duck confit
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped thyme

Instructions:
