Celeriac Gratin Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 large celeriac
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Gruyere cheese
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Peel and thinly slice the celeriac.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan and then stir in the minced garlic and salt. Stir for about 1 minute.
