Cheesecake with Thermomix
Ingredients:
- 250g digestive biscuits
- 100g butter
- 500g cream cheese
- 200g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 lemon zest
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 150°C.
- Add the digestive biscuits to the Thermomix bowl and crush them for 10 seconds on speed 8.
- Melt the butter in the microwave and add it to the bowl. Mix for 10 seconds on speed 6.

- Bake the cheesecake for 50 minutes or until golden. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for an additional 10 minutes.
- Take the cheesecake out of the oven and let it cool completely before removing it from the tin. Serve chilled.
