Chilli, Goat Cheese and Pumpkin Seeds Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 can of cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small red chilli, chopped
  • 1/4 cup goat cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a food processor, combine the cannellini beans, garlic, chilli, goat cheese, lemon juice and olive oil. Pulse until smooth.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and pulse again until well combined.
  3. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds.
