Cod Accras Recipe
Ingredients:
- 500g cod fillet, skinned and deboned
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions:
- Preheat the vegetable oil in a deep fryer or a deep saucepan to 180°C.
