Crab and Watermelon Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb lump crabmeat, picked over for shells
  • 1 small seedless watermelon, cut into bite-size cubes
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
