Cream of Endives with Raw Ham
Ingredients:
- 6 endives
- 4 slices of raw ham
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 4 cups of chicken stock
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 2 tbsp of butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Cut the endives into thin slices and set aside.
- In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
