Creole Chicken with Pineapple Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with the spice mixture and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet or Dutch oven, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the seasoned chicken breasts and cook until browned on both sides, about 4 to 5 minutes per side.
  5. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
