Ingredients
- 2 sheets of pre-made puff pastry, thawed
- 1/2 cup of pine nuts
- 4 tablespoons of honey
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the pine nuts in a dry skillet and toast over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until lightly browned. Stir occasionally to prevent burning. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Roll out each sheet of puff pastry to about 1/8 inch thickness and cut each into 6 rectangles.
