Earl Gray Tea Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon Earl Gray tea leaves, crushed
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup buttermilk

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a 9-inch cake pan.
