Ingredients:
- 1.5 kg potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper

- 1.5 cups grated cheese (Gruyere or cheddar)
Instructions:
