Ingredients:
- 1 large fennel bulb, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp of dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/4 tsp of black pepper
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
