Fig and Pear Crumble Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 ripe pears, peeled and chopped
  • 8 figs, chopped
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, diced and chilled
  • vanilla ice cream or whipped cream, optional for serving

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch baking dish.
