Ingredients

  • 1 lb Foie Gras
  • 1/2 cup Port
  • 1/4 cup Brandy
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup Onion Chutney
  • 15 slices of baguette
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  1. Cut foie gras into 15 slices and season with salt and pepper.
