Zucchini Stuffed with Ricotta Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 medium zucchinis
  • 1 cup of ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup of marinara sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. of garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Cut off the stem end of each zucchini and scoop out the center with a spoon carefully.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
