Foie Gras with Apple Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 slices of foie gras (about 2 oz each)
  • 2 medium apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Core and slice the apples into thin rounds of similar thickness.
  2. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
