Forest Turkey Paupiette Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 turkey breasts, pounded flat
  • 4 slices of prosciutto
  • 1 cup of mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1/4 cup of white wine
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:
