Grilled Sweet Peppers Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 sweet peppers (red, yellow or orange)
- 3 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 1 tsp of dried thyme
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1/2 tsp of black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Wash the sweet peppers and cut them into quarters, removing seeds and stems.
