Guacamole Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/2 medium red onion, diced
- 1-2 jalapeno peppers, diced (seeds and ribs removed for less heat)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1-2 limes, juiced
- 1/2 tsp salt, or to taste
Instructions:
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into a bowl.
- Mash the avocado with a fork or potato masher until it’s your desired consistency.
