Hazelnut Brownies Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 3/4 cup of unsalted butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups of granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup of chopped hazelnuts, toasted
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
- In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt until combined. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix together the melted butter, sugar, and cocoa powder until smooth. Add the eggs and vanilla extract and stir until well combined.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in the chopped hazelnuts and mix until combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it out evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the brownies comes out clean.
