Hazelnut Shortbread Recipe
Ingredients
- 225g unsalted butter, softened
- 100g caster sugar
- 225g plain flour
- 100g ground roasted hazelnuts
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Sift in the flour and mix until just combined.
- Add the ground hazelnuts and mix until combined.
- Form the mixture into a ball and place it on the prepared baking tray. Flatten the ball into a thick disk.
