Liège Coffee Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup brewed coffee
- 2 tbsp dark brown sugar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 cup milk
- Whipped cream (optional)
- Cinnamon sticks (optional)
Instructions:
- In a small saucepan, combine the brewed coffee, brown sugar, honey, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until sugar is completely dissolved.
- Add the milk and continue to heat the mixture until it reaches your desired temperature.
- Pour the mixture into a coffee mug.
- If desired, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon.
