Ingredients:
- 1 cucumber
- 1 carrot
- 1 small red onion
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint leaves

- 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions:
