Ingredients:

  • 1 unbaked pie crust
  • 6 slices of thick-cut bacon, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup grated Gruyere cheese

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F/190°C.
  2. Line your pie crust in a pie dish and set aside.
