Madeleines with Chorizo Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 chorizo sausage, chopped into small pieces
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs, at room temperature

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled

Instructions:
