Mango and Passion Fruit Ginger Jam Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled, pitted and chopped
  • 4 passion fruits, pulp removed
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions:
