Munster Tartiflette Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 lb Munster cheese, grated
- 1/2 lb bacon, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp. butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- Grease a large baking dish with butter.
