Mussels with Bacon and White Wine Recipe
- 2 pounds of mussels, scrubbed and debearded
- 4 slices of bacon
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of chopped parsley
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Cook bacon in a large pot over medium heat until crispy. Remove from pan and set aside on a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
