Ingredients:

  • 1 pound pork tenderloin, sliced into thin strips
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, peeled and minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
