Okra Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound of fresh okra
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 3 cups of chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 can of diced tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper

Directions:

  1. Wash and slice the okra into small pieces.
