Omelet with Herbs

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs (such as parsley, thyme, basil)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the milk, chopped herbs, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
