Palets of Dumplings in Breadcrumbs Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (for coating)
- Oil (for frying)
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, milk, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
- Form the mixture into small, flat round shapes, similar to palets. You should be able to make around 10-12 palets.
- Place 1 cup of breadcrumbs in a shallow dish. Coat each palet in breadcrumbs, pressing the breadcrumbs onto the meat to make sure they stick and evenly coat the entire surface.
- Heat up enough oil for frying in a frying pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add in the palets, cooking them in batches if necessary. Fry for about 3 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside and fully cooked on the inside.
- Once cooked, remove the palets from the pan and place on a paper towel to absorb any excess oil.
- Serve while still hot and crispy.

Palets of dumplings in breadcrumbs are a delicious and unique way to enjoy ground beef. The breadcrumbs add a savory and crunchy texture to the soft and flavorful meat mixture. These palets make a fantastic appetizer or main dish for any occasion.
