Palets of dumplings in breadcrumbs

Palets of Dumplings in Breadcrumbs Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (for coating)
  • Oil (for frying)

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, milk, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  2. Form the mixture into small, flat round shapes, similar to palets. You should be able to make around 10-12 palets.
  3. Place 1 cup of breadcrumbs in a shallow dish. Coat each palet in breadcrumbs, pressing the breadcrumbs onto the meat to make sure they stick and evenly coat the entire surface.
  4. Heat up enough oil for frying in a frying pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add in the palets, cooking them in batches if necessary. Fry for about 3 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside and fully cooked on the inside.
  5. Once cooked, remove the palets from the pan and place on a paper towel to absorb any excess oil.
  6. Serve while still hot and crispy.

Verdict:

Palets of dumplings in breadcrumbs are a delicious and unique way to enjoy ground beef. The breadcrumbs add a savory and crunchy texture to the soft and flavorful meat mixture. These palets make a fantastic appetizer or main dish for any occasion.
