Ingredients

  • 1 lb. potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 4 oz. smoked salmon, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. chives, finely chopped

Instructions
