Peanut Butter and Chocolate Chip Muffins Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the peanut butter and sugar until smooth.
- Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, stir until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the peanut butter mixture until fully combined.
- Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Spoon the batter into a lined muffin tin, filling each muffin cup about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before transferring onto a wire rack to cool completely.
