Poached Egg Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 fresh egg
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- Salt and pepper (optional)
Instructions:
- Fill a deep pot with water and bring it to a boil.
- Reduce the heat to a simmer and add the white vinegar.
- Crack the egg into a small dish or ramekin.
