Pork Ribs in the Oven Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3-4 lbs. pork ribs
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F.
  2. In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and season both sides with the spice mixture.
  4. Wrap the ribs in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet.
