Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. of russet potatoes, peeled and sliced into small discs
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp of salt

- 8 oz of brie cheese, rind removed and torn into small chunks
