Pasta with Zucchini and Salmon Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 pound pasta (penne or fusilli)
- 2 zucchinis, thinly sliced
- 2 salmon fillets, skin removed and cut into small cubes
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions. When done, drain and set aside.

- Sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese on top of the pasta and serve immediately.
