Potato and Butternut Gratin Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium sized potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 small butternut squash, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
