Raspberry Clafoutis Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Confectioners’ sugar for dusting (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9-inch (23 cm) pie dish with butter.
- Arrange raspberries on the bottom of the dish.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until smooth.
- Add the milk, flour, salt, and vanilla extract, and stir until well combined.
- Pour the mixture over the raspberries.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the clafoutis is set and golden brown on top.
- Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Dust with confectioners’ sugar, if desired.
Serving suggestions:
