Ray Crostini Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 baguette, sliced into rounds
  • 1 lb. ray fillets, skin removed and cut into small pieces
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped Kalamata olives
