Roasted Camembert

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole Camembert cheese
  • 2 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
  • 2 sprigs of fresh thyme
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 baguette, sliced

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Remove the Camembert cheese from its packaging and place it on a small baking dish or oven-safe pan.
  3. Using a sharp knife, create a criss-cross pattern on the top of the cheese.
