Roquefort and Walnut Tart Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup crumbled Roquefort cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll the puff pastry sheet and press it into a 9-inch tart pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream.
- Add the Roquefort cheese, chopped walnuts, honey, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture and mix well.
- Pour the filling into the prepared tart shell.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the filling is set and the crust is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool before slicing and serving.
Serving Suggestions
