Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 small head of Chinese cabbage, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow onion, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut 4 squares of parchment paper, large enough to enclose one salmon fillet each.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, sriracha sauce, grated ginger, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to taste.
  4. Take each square of parchment paper and fold it in half to create a crease in the center.
  5. Open the paper and place some chopped Chinese cabbage on one side of the crease, followed by 1 sliced red bell pepper, 1 sliced green bell pepper, and 1 sliced yellow onion.
